Any Questions?

  • Yes! You provide a company email address for your Virtual Assistant, enhancing team integration. Alternatively, opt for our email address if your VA's role does not involve client-facing duties.

  • Our service ensures seamless support throughout the week. While we prioritise flexibility, we can’t allocate extensive time blocks to individual clients. Clients can schedule calls or VCs with their VA at any time, as our VA’s operate on demand.

  • Certainly, you have the flexibility to select hours that align with your business needs, including support for other team members within your organisation.

  • Our VA’s operate entirely remotely, enhancing affordability. While they won't attend on-site meetings, their expertise in remote work ensures seamless integration into your business. You'll quickly appreciate their value!

  • You have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your plan as required. Simply inform us at least one month in advance, and we'll adjust your package accordingly.

  • We engage with you to understand your preferred communication methods, whether it's via phone, email, text, or video call, ensuring seamless collaboration tailored to your preferences.

  • We use time tracking software to accurately monitor the time spent by our VA’s on each client's tasks, down to the minute. We provide monthly reports (or more frequent ones upon request) to keep you informed.

  • All our VA’s are highly experienced, having collaborated with diverse platforms and businesses. As with any new employee, onboarding is essential to familiarise them with your business, enabling them to provide optimal support quickly.

  • Please note that hours cannot be rolled over. We advise optimising your plan to align with your usage. However, given the close collaboration with your VA and regular updates on your allowance, it's unlikely that hours will go unused.

  • The choice is yours. We can arrange holiday cover for your regular VA, complete with a thorough handover, or if you prefer no cover, that's perfectly acceptable as well.
